McKinlays Footwear Ltd will exchange unworn and unmarked footwear when accompanied by the original purchase receipt and returned within fourteen days of purchase. This does not apply to custom made lines.
We regret we are unable to accept returned goods where:Goods have been worn.
Goods have been damaged after purchase.

For New Zealand customers purchasing on-line, goods MUST be returned to the factory.
For international orders, please note that we do not offer an exchange, but will gladly refund your purchase via your original method of payment (subject to our standard returns policy).
Refunds for on-line purchases should be shipped to the address below, including a copy of your original invoice and reasons for the return. Refunds will be credited against your original method of payment excluding delivery costs.
